Cancellation and Refund Policy,

1. Cancellation Before Course Start

Participants may request cancellation prior to the official start date of the course. Eligible cancellations submitted within this period may qualify for a refund, subject to administrative review and applicable processing deductions.

2. Refund Terms and Conditions

Refund requests will only be considered if submitted before attending the first session of the course.

Once a participant has attended any session, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

For recorded (non-live) courses, refunds are not permitted after the completion of the induction module.

In the event of an approved refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. General Policy Conditions

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels. The provider reserves the right to review and approve or reject any request in accordance with this policy.

By enrolling in the course, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.
